You can pay for your order by credit or debit card with our secure payment server HiPay. We accept payment via the following cards:

Promod Gift Voucher and Promod Gift E-Card:

If you have received a Promod gift voucher and/or gift e-card and wish to spend it on our website:
Please click on “Payment by Gift Voucher” when you choose your payment method for your order.

Then simply enter the voucher or gift e-card number, copy the security code and then click on "Add".

If you wish to use several vouchers, then you can simply carry out the above steps several times.

You can then validate one or several vouchers you are using; the payment information in your shopping basket will automatically be recalculated.

If necessary, you can pay for any outstanding amount with a credit/debit card. In this case your order will be automatically validated and dispatched.

If you decide to cancel your order or return the item(s), then the gift voucher and/or a gift e-card cannot be re-credited. A new voucher will automatically be sent via email to reimburse the original purchase made with your gift voucher and/or a gift e-card with the appropriate amount.

Your banking details are all encrypted and protected by the secure HiPay online payment service system (SSL coding). That means that your banking details do not circulate freely on the web and never enter the Promod.co.uk site.
This is why we ask you to re-enter your details on every order that you place.
