You have a withdrawal period of 14 days, counting from the day of receipt, to return the products you ordered for a refund; if you have changed your mind, if the items received do not match the description given or if they are defective.
Please take great care in completing the Return Form enclosed with the delivery, and make sure you state your precise reason for returning the goods. This form must be enclosed with the returned parcel.
You will be refunded for the returned product within 30 days at the most, counting from when it is received by Please note that the original delivery costs (if charged) cannot be reimbursed.
Promod.co.uk does not propose any direct exchange system. If you want to exchange any of your items, you will have first to return the item(s) that does not fit and then place a new order to receive the desired item(s). Please see below for further information on exchanges.

Returns conditions:
The web shopper has 14 days, counting from the date of reception of the article to return it. After this date, the items shall be deemed to have been duly accepted by the customer and Promod shall reserve the right to refuse to offer any exchange, credit note or refund.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original condition.

Web customers may return items, free of charge, using the return service propose by Promod's carrier (UPS).
To return the parcel, please proceed as follows:
1. Fill-out the Return Form to indicate the reference code of the items returned, quantities and reason for the return.
2. Place the returned items together with the Return form in their original wrapping.
3. Stick the pre-printed return label (Airway Bill) that was inserted by Promod with the original order, on the parcel to return.
4. Once the parcel is ready to return, contact our carrier service (UPS) to arrange for collection on this phone number: 08457 877 877 (free phone - calling from UK mainland)
No parcel will be accepted by UPS without the Return label stuck on it.
Distance Selling Regulations:
According to the Distance Selling Regulation (2000), in case of a complete return of the order, the customer can be reimbursed of the delivery charges.
To be reimbursed, the customer needs to inform the Promod.co.uk customer department by sending an email at
service@promod.co.uk.
The refund would be made upon reception of the whole items at the Promod warehouse.
Exchange on the web site:
For every order, the web shopper has 15 days where free delivery is offered on the next order (using the same delivery mode as for the first order). If, upon reception of the parcel, the web customer decides to exchange an item, a new order can be placed immediately without waiting for the processing of the returns or refund.
